Bavesh,

Rather than getting a lot of meaningless recommendations from members who aren't in your part of the world it would be better if you conducted your own evaluation.

Evaluate the suppliers on fixed criteria for service and repair. generate some samples and in your presence have the instrument set up and analyze it.

Comparing different machines analyzing the same material will give you an idea of how easy/hard instrument operation is. Also you should have a lot of probing questions to ask with regard to serving, breakdown response and resolution.

You are looking at a major equipment investment and should satisfy yourself that your choice is the correct one.

Going off a vague recommendation from the internet is not a plan for success
Good judgment comes from bad experience, and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.
JGK is correct with trying them out and looking for service response in your area.

I can though say that we have had good luck with our Thermo iCAP6300 which is very similar to the 6500. Very rugged and very small footprint compared to most others.
The past is there to guide us into the future, not to dwell in.
