Sample volume in FFF-MALS

What is the typical volume or mass of the prepared sample in FFF-MALS?
Volume for FFF-MALS is very flexible, ranging from 1 µL to hundreds of µL. The sample amount is more limited to avoid overloading: typical is a few µg, but we can use a semi-prep channel and then increase the load by a factor of 100 or more. Hence the initial sample concentration can be on the order of 10 µg/mL or higher. Less material would be needed for samples that are larger than hundreds of kDa in MW such as VLPs, vesicles and nanoparticles.
