Chromatography Research Supplies is seeking a high-energy person to join our management group to help us reach new markets and new customers. This individual will be a key member of our team and will interact closely with engineering, marketing, production and quality. This is an inside sales office position in an ISO 9001 certified company. We would like our next sales person to have a technical background in GC or other industries where our products are used. Duties will include:
Explore applications for CRS core technologies in new markets.
Manage existing base of North American and international distributors. Work to align them with CRS core competence and add market penetration.
Prepare action plans for development of opportunities and prospects using the CRM system.
Work with engineering to meet customer requirements for special applications and new products.
Travel 10% - 20%, both customer targeted and for research purposes.

Understanding of customer requirements and market dynamics
Able to learn basis of CRS technologies and capability.
Solid organization skills; detail oriented.
Comfortable in ISO 9001 certified office and production setting.
Customer relationship management knowledge and experience.
Strong educational background and interest in technology.
Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
Self-directed and quality focused.
Excellent communication (including written) and data analysis skills.
