OpenChrom supports a variety of different data formats natively. Furthermore, OpenChrom offers an own data format called *.ocb. It stores the chromatogram as well as the peaks and the e.g. NIST identification results. Moreover, baseline and quantitation results are stored too. The format is published under an open source licence. Hence, it can be used to read the results for own purposes.
