Potentiometric Titration VS ICP

When is Potentiometric Titration more sensitive, accurate and precise than ICP?
I'm having a discussion with someone who says Potentiometric is better than ICP and I am inclined to think that's never the case. Am I mistaken? I would love to be proven wrong and switch some tests to potentio metric titration.
