Hit the Windows key and type "outlook" into the search bar. If it is installed, you will find it that way. If it is not installed, ask your system administrator.

Hi there,
Outlook *Express* is not the same as Outlook. It was Microsofts free mail program. It was replaced in Win7 by Windows Live Mail. Anyhow, I would recommend to better use the free, open source mail client "Thunderbird" (http://www.mozilla.org/thunderbird/)
