Musical errors that ought to exist...

Off-topic conversations and chit-chat.

while helping someone with a GC-FID error today (flame not lighting on front detector, or something boring like that), I just couldn't get rid of a line of a song going round in my head: "Come on Baby Light My Fire...."

Wouldn't it be so much more fun if instruments gave their errors in musical form.

"I ain't got .. no.. Integration..."

Running on Empty would be good to have start playing when your Mobile Phase is just about empty!

Just like ringtones, instrument manufacturers should let us use custom audio files for our instrument errors.
The past is there to guide us into the future, not to dwell in.
"... your circuits dead, there's something wrong"

David Bowie RIP
Peter Apps
I just like a Homer Simpson "DOH!" for a generic attention sound. Actually, I want that in the operating system for the Critical Stop sound.

I may have to just do that for my own OS.
Just like I want my startup sound to be Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D minor, but I'd have to provide my own subwoofers.
@ itspip and Steve

Wonderful!
