I have an inquiry from a customer to determine the log Pow of an organic salt:
RS(=O)(=O)[N-]S(=O)(=O)R.R[I+]R
R = aromatic side chains.
Does this make sense? The OECD guidelines for shake flask and slow stirring ask for the non-ionised states of the molecule, which does not exist.
Any regulatory experience available around here? Seems that authorities absolutely require the log Pow data.
Best regards
Jörg
