How to calculate LOD and LOQ from calibration curve

Dear All,

I am new at method validation. I have followed ICH guidelines and have got the data for six days. I have made the 6 point calibration graphs. can anyone guide me how to calculate LOD and LOQ from this graph. I ll appreciate if anyone can share a worked excel sheet with me.
