Hello, does anyone have experience combining components from different (brand) HPLC systems? I am hoping to use a Dionex ED50 electrochemical detector with an Agilent 1100 LC setup. Any guidance would be appreciated.

If your detector has an analog output for integrator ( usually 1 volt output full scale ) , you may easily combine such systems.
The software used must also has a analog input channel ( if you are using an integrator , then there is no problem )
The remaining work is connecting tubing between the modules.
