we have Agilent 1200 Binary Pump. How to get rid of air in the solvent line?
Read the user manual. The procedure is there.

If you do the normal purge and still see bubbles in the solvent line, then the bottle filter frit could be clogged, which will cause bubbles to form from cavitation in the solvent line. If the bubbles are worse the faster you run the pump this is probably the problem.
The past is there to guide us into the future, not to dwell in.
Follow this common procedure to remove any bubbles in the lines :
1) immerse the two lines in a reservoir containing 100 % methanol .
2) open the pump purge .
3) adjust flow rate 2ml/min .
4) wash the two lines at the same time ( 50% : 50% ) with 100 % methanol for about 30 min .
