May I ask you all here about chromatogram please.
Have you all seen the chromatogram graph in Microsoft Excel?
As for example you can compare the chromatograms using CHROMAS software available in the net. If you know how to program it in the Excel, please share with me. I am in the process to compare for the DNA sequence using chromatograms.
