Hi,
we analyze samples for aflatoxin parameter on HPLC , but from few days the standards peak areas are coming on lower side compare to previous data & the majorly G1& G2 are effected ,

AFG2 area is 42% of previous one
AFG1 area is 50% of previous one
AFB2 area is 85% of previous one
AFB1 area is 73% of previous one

i have tried the following..
1.cleaning the column (even the column is new 2months old)
2.change the Frit
3.check the injection volume
4.FLD cleaning
5.change the standard solution with new one ,even there is no change

Pl let me know what could be the possible reason for this & suggest what i have to do ...
Degradation of your aflatoxin standards.

Aflatoxin G1 and G2 are known to not be stable in aqueous solution.
