Hello,

I use Tracefinder software. I finished reviewing my batch data when the software froze and I had to exit without saving. When I go back in to open the batch, I receive this error:

"Open Batch Exception, DetectedPeak with ID 14391 not found".

And the software will not let me get back into it!! If anyone else has experienced this error please let me know. I have no way to recover the local method or access the data from that batch :/

I remember I was looking at something in the local method before it crashed and maybe that is what is causing this? No idea

It is frustrating that Thermo does not offer 24/7 technical support especially when many customers are in academia and work odd hours.
