Hi all.
I have a question about how to calculate impurities in Empower 3 using as a standard a sum of isomers (group). There would be no problem if only one group with two isomers was generated and this was used as a standard, but my problem is that one of these isomers must be applied a Relative Response Factor multiplying the area * 1.33. Generally in other materials I apply the relative response factor in the Components "Relative Response" box and the result generated is similar to the calculator calculation, but in this case I do not get results similar to the calculator. Am I doing something wrong?
The group is activated User Entered, Curve or Sum peak.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.
