Hello everybody,

does ezchrom elite possess somthing like lab advisor for maintenance and so on? Lab advisor only works with chemstation. Right now I am not even able to move the needle of the autosampler up or down when I am want to do some maintenance work.

Kind regards
It will help everyone if you could share with us exactly which model and type of instrument you have. EZChrome is just software, with compatibility for many systems. And no, it does not have built in service features. It was designed as cheap, basic entry level software. Mostly for data processing and then they started adding some control features (very crude).
Lab Advisor is standalone, does not require any additional CDS. It can reside next to ezchrom
That is correct. Lab Advisor is a standalone software product and has nothing to do with ChemStation. It can be used by anyone to access the maintenance and service functions of many of the Agilent modules. However, our poster did not ask about Lab Advisor and did not tell us which instrument modules they are using so we are no closer to helping them until they help us.
Ok thank you very much.
