I have RAW files from Xcalibure, for a GC-FID instrument.
When I try to import them to Chromeleon in another computer I got this message:
"raw file contained no mass spec data"
The raw file contain FID data and no MS, how can I overcome this issue?

What I want is to import my raw files into Chromeleon so I do my calculation and peak analysis.

thanks for help
Raw files from different vendors have different and not-compatible content.
They all named RAW (Thermo, Perkin-Elmer) but essentially not compatible with each other.
Not sure if Chromeleon supports deeply nested Thermo data containers without Thermo libraries.

Try export to CDF

Our UniChrom process data for free and supports reading Thermo raw files http://unichrom.com/chrom/uc-ffe.shtml.
