Has anyone had luck transferring an EZChrom Elite or SI license to a different computer lately? I understand how to create the .lkr file and reinstall, but I can't activate or get an enable code because the website is saying my uninstall and request codes do not match?

Agilent wants me to purchase OpenLab EZChrom, but I have a legacy pump that works great but never made it to mass production, the old driver probably won't work...also my SS420x box wouldn't work with OpenLab either.

Is there a work around for the enable code? or does anyone have a contact with a software person at Agilent that might be willing to help. Customer service thinks I can just reach into my pocket and buy all new equipment and software.

Thanks!
SS420X works with OpenLab EZChrom and with OpenLab CDS 2 (its successor).
Your old detector probably not....
