In the Enhanced Data Analysis window of the MSD ChemStation software, files will not open and the status bar will read "undefined symbol: setsigvar".

This occurs when ChemStation is configured with an OFFLINE instrument (eg. when intended for data processing only). I've heard this is possibly because the correct folders are never made.

Re-configuring the software using the online instrument setting, with dummy IP addresses then attempting to run the instrument software (it will crash due to unresponsive IP - that's okay) then closing it and opening the Enhanced Data Analysis window appeared to solve the issue.

I have not tried installing an online instrument without trying to run the instrument software first; this may have been unnecessary.

If you've configured an offline instrument, you will also notice the toolbar is missing. This also returns upon configuring with an online setting.
Greetings, that seems helpful, but we need to reinstall MSD Chemstation due to missing files (SICL32), also the CD is not found, could you send me an iso copy? If its okay then my email would be berlisiz02@gmail.com, thank you..
