Memory corrupted

Hello Brians!
I am new here, and I come with a question.
I have a Varian ProStar 210 en my lab, but I can not use it beacuse the display of the B module (pump) shows the text: Version 1.73, memory corrupted
I´ve removed the inner battery, but doesn´t work.
Any one else with this problem? Any suggestion?
