Hello,

I encountered a problem while reviewing data; an error message window pops up saying that the method has been opened read-only because it is being edited by another user (me).
I tried to Clear the editing status under the Method tab but after trying to review the data again, the same message appears.

How could I resolve this problem? I am fairly new to the Empower software.

check if the corresponding ProcessingMethod and MethodSet are locked, then unlock if no one else is using it.
Sometimes both are affected, MethodSet and ProcessingMethod

under MethodTab > select Method > right click > Properties > unlock
