Amount in result set is correct
When signed off the amount is different in component summary tables

Sample table was altered for calibrate , quantitate error but doesn't explain why reporting incorrect amount if no calculations involved

I was going through the release notes of Empower3 FR4. There was a PCS # 54145 fixed in that version.

Previously, if you changed the vial amounts associated with a sample set method in the Alter
Sample window after results were generated, the sample set method associated with the altered
results was incorrectly reported in Report Publisher. Now, when you change the vial amounts in the Alter Sample window after results are generated, the associated sample set method contains the correct vial amounts in the report.

Bracketing standards used throughout sample set
first 3 brackets are different dose
last brackets are higher dose
Result set amounts are fine

Method report one dose amounts ok , other are lower and not as in result set
