I have ran a calibration followed by a few samples but when the run finished, I realized that I forgot to change the sample type field from "Unknown" to "Standard" in the batch. Does anybody know how to change it after the files have been acquired?

You can't change the sample type field in GCMS Browser, but you can do the following:
1) Run GCMS Postrun, and go to the Postrun Batch section
2) Open the original batch file that you acquired.
3) Change sample type as required.
4) Click Start to reprocess the batch, using the data already acquired.
