Chemstation. Batch report gives different areas

Hi everyone,
I analyse my samples with the software chemstation (version C.01.05). I export my data by loading a batch. then click on start and then output the batch report. There are always problems with how the calibration is done in this batch review, so I always simply redid the calibration and calculations myself. But now I realised, that he simply autointegrates the samples, and does not account for manual integration changes. Anyone has experience with this?

Regards,
Anna

clicking on "Start" forces the batch review to run through all the samples and apply the current processing method including the current calibration curve to all samples. So yes, it will autointegrate every sample as it does it. It will also apply one calibration curve to everything, irrespective of bracketing (I believe other manufacturer's batch browsing packages tend to do the same thing). (What happens if you try to output a batch report without processing first?)

thank you very much for your answer. Indeed, if I do not click START, the report gives the values with manual integration.

Thank you again for your suggestion!
