Hi all,

I have a question concerning our TSQ vantage MS. Somehow, and I'm really not sure how, our MS lost communication with the computer. When I open ThermoTSQ Tune Master it prompts me to enter the IP address from the instrument. After entering the correct IP address (which has been the same for years) it prompts another box saying the connection failed because of an invalid IP. My gut tells me it is a software issue. Has anyone had experience with this? We've tried system and instrument reboots to no avail
