Can you please help me with my problem?!
I don't know how to calculate impurities in my sample if my formula uses the Average Area of 5 consecutive injections of a external Standard, using Empower calculations.
I need % w/w calculation.

To clarfy, I managed to calculate impurities in my sample using %Area, %Adjusted Area, or reffering to the main component but don't know how to use different injection to calculate imps in my probe.

So lost, thank you all for help in advance!
Hi

function for 5 standard should be 'inject standards' and Normal

Clear calibration at start and quantitate at the end of sample set

Add in dilution , sample weights and purity

process sample set should give calibration area (n=5) v amount

Hope this helps
thank you very much for your input. As I understand you explained how assay is calculated, but my question was about calculation of impurities in my sample.

thank you anyways!
Hi ,

once above completed (Including calibrate ) in impurity tab add impurity response (% area , % w/w) and main component to quantify against
