This YouTube video is well-worth watching--take it from someone that has already done so. Excellent qualitative description of the determination of HPLC peak homogeneity!

A very helpful description of peak purity. I actually now understand exactly what purity angle and purity threshold mean, before now I just knew one value had to be less than the other.
