Please help me with the basics of Empower and Chemstation
working on an NMR Spectroscope, the theory to how to set up HPLC instruments and work on them in the lab.

These are two different software programs from two different manufacturers. They have different interface designs and are not similar, except that they can control the same HPLC.

It would be very difficult to provide much information in a forum such as this. There are a limited number of free tutorials available, some from the manufacturers, and some from third parties. If you need a more detailed understanding of the software, you will probably have to attend a course sponsored by either the manufacturer or an independent training company.
