Error accessing or locking method

Hi,
I'm using Clarus 580 and run app TotalChrom without any issue, few days ago, when we run that is show error "-994 c:\users\userID\abc.mth" and "-980 Error accessing or locking method files". Anyone can let me know why it happen and how to fix that issue?
