Totalchrom Publisher Error #8010

Hi,

I am using Totalchrom through Citrix Program Neighborhood and I am getting the following error while trying to open TC Publisher:
( RunTcPub Error #8010)

Any ideas on what could be the cause? Has anyone seen it before?
