Hello,

I'm trying to filter my table in reporting only on the main compound.
I know I can do it with "compound_name" = "name". But I'm trying to find a parameter so I can always filter on the main compound. that way I can use the report for several products without changes.

So I marked the main compound as time ref. In the filter I selected "compound_IsTimeRef" and I tried = 1 but that didn't work. Anyone knows how I can make it work or can I use another filter?

Thanks
Did you specify in the compound table your reference peak as a reference and associated the other peaks to it?
