Empower custom field equivalent to VLOOKUP

Hi ,

Anybody know of a suitable custom field or ENUM (Intersample) custom field equivalent to what Excel function VLOOKUP carries out

ie

If SUM = x then VLOOKUP (VALUE)

where values are constant and are fixed depending on value of X
