I am working on chromatography method validation, usually need to cope with multiple calibration methods in one sequence, for example:

1. Initial injection precision of 5~6 leading working standards, by RSD of area

2. Total injection precision of leading working standards and other bracketing standards, by RSD of area

3. Standard agreement, by calculating ratio of response factors between 5~6 leading working standards and a calibration standard

4. Linear regression, by calculating R of area-concentration correlation

#1 and #2 can be done by setting calibration method of analyte to "Response factor" in processing method. #4 can be done by setting level in Sample Set Method and setting calibration method of analyte to "Linear". But I would like to know if it is to mix these calibration methods into one processing method and generate calibration report separately?

In addition, does anyone know how to deal with #3, standard agreement?

BTW, I am working in GMP environment, with limited freedom on CustomizedField.

Thanks
