Hi all,
I'm having issues adding an instrument onto bootp, whenever I load it up I get 'error 122: the data area passed to a system call if too small \n' then 'failed to create template'
Not too sure why this happening. We use the same PC for another HPLC and that is working fine.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks
Probably BootP server installed in "Program Files" which is somewhat restricted for writing in newer operating systems.

Try to run configuration utility as Administrator (right click and select run as Administrator).

Or your bootp server is incompatible with your OS, try another, for instance TFTP32.
