Agilent Chemstation data load failure

Hello all,
I want to open a finished batch file on my computer with agilent chemstation.
Nevertheless it worked before, I am not able to open the files.
I get the error messages:
"Undefined symbol: LoadedInstrumentCurve$"
and then
"Error Processing run Run: Error during Batch processing. Data file not loaded"
Have anybody seen something like this before?
I was looking for alternative software. Is it possible to open HPLC-RID,UV files with OpenChrome?
