Hi,

We have recently connected our Acquity to Chromeleon and I have problem to create instrument methods. Just wonder if you have seen any of this:

When editing the instrument method I get like 100 error messages that the gradient delay volume is too large. There is a huge value automatically entered in this field, and no one knows where it comes from. I have had Thermo here, and they have no clue. It is a pain to click away all these error messages.

Another thing: Yesterday I ran a linear gradient from 0-10 min, but I happened to watch the injection and could see that the gradient was running from 0-9 minutes. I double-checked the instrument method, but it said 0-10 min and that the gradient should start on injection. This is very serious...
Hi,

which CM version exactly and which Waters Framework do you use?
And what Aquity pump module?
4 years have passed since your post. I have the same problem with creating an instrument method. Chromeleon 7.2.10
