Hi,
I am using Simca 14 version. I have created a VIP general list (PLS-DA) and i would like to identify the compounds with VIP > than 2.5. I have saved the list to Text (Tab delimited) and then converted to csv and excel format. I use Agilent mass hunter software and it accepts .cef format for import and then identifies. Is there a possibility to convert the VIP list (i.e., excel or csv) to .cef file format. Thanks.
