All,

we are having a very tough time analyzing large sample sets in our lab.

We use Thermo LC-MS, GC/MS, and LC/UV systems, so we end up with .raw files. We have been using Xcalibur Quanbrowser and the new TraceFinder software but both do not work properly with larger sample sets (200 - 1000 samples). TraceFinder becomes unbearably slow even on strong PCs and Xcalibur does as well and tends to crash.

There has to be a good solution to analyze large volumes of routine analyses .raw files. This appears to be a common situation, especially in contract labs.

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated!

Thank you,

Arne
