One of my past colleagues has an excel macro for reporting data for a particular method. We have moved that method from an Agilent 6890 to a 7890A. The method on the 6890 was set to a data rate of 2 Hz. Now that we have upgraded to a 7890A, the minimal available data rate is 5 Hz. Neither EZChrom nor ChemStation allow 2 Hz for a 7890A, or at least we have not been successful. Unfortunately the excel macro was designed to accept the number of data points generated from a 2Hz run. I have to go through an extra (annoying) step of reducing the data but would prefer just to collect in 2 Hz in the first place. Anyone know of a way to get ChemStation or EZChrom to allow 2Hz collection on a 7890? Thanks!
