I am just starting to work with Masshunter on a GC-MS. When I get spectra I keep getting peaks from the bleed. I have sorted out how to subtract the baseline spectra to eliminate them but there must be a way of doing this easily as you generate the spectra rather than having to subtract each one afterwards. This takes a lot of time when you have a complex chromatograph. Anyone got any pointers on how to do this -it has to be there I just haven't found it?
