For anyone interested in importing their Agilent LC/MS data directly into MATLAB, check out my open-source project at
www.github.com/chemplexity/chromatography, or visit the
MATLAB File Exchange. The 'Chromatography Toolbox' allows you to batch convert various chromatography file types into the MATLAB workspace.
Currently supported file extensions include:
* Agilent (.D)
* Agilent (.MS)
* netCDF (.CDF)
Tested on Windows 7 and OSX. Developed in MATLAB 2013b. Currently for LC/MS data only. Would love to hear any suggestions or feedback.
