I am using Agilent's ChemStation for LC Systems on HPLC-ELSD and have encounter a problem during data analysis. I would like to subtract a sample blank from all of my sample chromatographs and then set my integration and calibration up using the subtracted chromatographs. To do this, I first need to save the subtracted chromatographs. My problem is that I cannot 'save' a sample after I have subtracted a blank. Any ideas on how to save a modified chromatograph?

I have found two ways of displaying a background subtracted chromatograph:

First Method
1. In 'Data Analysis'
2. File-> Subtract Blank Run... --> Select file to subtract blank
Using this method I can't find a saved *.SBS file...

Second Method
1. In 'Data Analysis'
2. In 'Signal'
3. Load 2+ signals
4. Click the button with two chromatographs and a yellow line 'Subtract the last signal from all other signals'
But I can't figure out how to save the adjusted chromatgraph...

In and all help/comments are appreciated!

Thanks you!!
