Hi,
I want to run sample lists from the Chromeleon 7.2.10 console with SIR data collection from the ISQ EM detector. Each sample has its own m/z to be recorded, and these will change from run to run. Is there a way to define this m/z value in the console or do I need a separate Instrument method file for each sample. In the latter case, is it possible to define template methods files for each sample position and do batch editing of these (e.g. in R) to insert the desired m/z values for the run.
