We are running an assay on Agilent 1100 Chemstation and need some help. We are attempting to come up with a spiking curve for Retinol and a-Tocopherol from plasma. The problem is that plasma already contains the compounds, so we must subract out the blanks. Is there a way to set up a calibration table on Chemstation that subtracts out the blanks? Any tips or infor would be much appreciated.

Wild guess>>> Use original data files & blank - execute a processing method that delivers a new set of raw files (original-blank=new raw file), integrate & calculate new set normally.
Thanks,
