Hello all,

We have been using Agilent systems mostly TD and conventional GCMS (QTOFs). We have Unknowns Analysis that we are intending to use for untargeted metabolomics data deconvolution but it is taking the software a longggg time to analyse maybe 5 files.

Has anyone faced this or is it just us? Is the software terrible? We have it installed on beasty PCs with rather powerful processors and over 128GB DDR4 RAMs. - but the software is barely utilising the power of our PCs.

Agilent support at first instance said we should invest in ProFinder, but are they suitable for GC-deconvolution? We dont really want to invest into another software if they are all going to be this slow.

Please advise
