Hello all.

I have run numerous capillary electrophoresis runs using 32Karat on a PA800 Plus instrument. However, when it comes to integration, it can be a pain. Sadly, we don't collect data directly into Empower, and just recently learned how to export files so they can be integrated in Empower. The client requests 32Karat processing at this time - hopefully they can be swayed to Empower rather than 32Karat in the future.

I have a lot of issues with negative area integrated, or the area between sample peaks being integrated. Sadly, I think this is due to Caesar being enabled on a not-so-noisy baseline (I cannot check how Caesar impacts this at this time, so turning off Caesar integration isn't an option).

Is there a way to manually delete unwanted peaks? I know there's manual ways to add baselines or adjust existing peaks, but not fully remove them.
