Hello, everyone.

I am a beginner in using the lcmsms instrument. We are using the Waters lcmsms for pesticide analysis. After analysis, I am wondering how to organize the data into excel so I can show clearly to my adviser my results. What data should I show? If anyone can please help me, thank you
Export summary-complete will give you a text file that can be imported into Excel. That will show results by compound.

You will ultimately want to show calibration results (unless you are just doing qualitative analysis) and responses for any internal standards used. Beyond that it depends upon what you are using the data for.
The Export XML for LIMS will get you a very large file that could be tough to deal with.
