Hi

I'm a final-end user, need to exploit an old Dionex Summit just bought few months ago. I used to read different threads here, first time I publish something...
When received the machine after auction, the HDD of the old computer coming with was broken, just unreadable. I rebuild an old computer with same potential OS (XP) and LPT port, and looking desperately for an old CD pack, but got few issues unsolved:
- I got a LPT dongle and an USB dongle (green), both written "Dionex CM Dongle SN:xxxxx". Seller said the USB one is for a "Demo licence" but the LPT one is a full licence... but couldn't precise the version of Chromeleon
=>How could I do to know for which version of chromeleon are these dongles made for, to look for the accurate version CDs, and install the corresponding OS (2k, XP, 7)?
=>How could I do to find an ISO of the version I need when I'll identify the dongle's versions if impossible to find old CDs?
Need to use with a SOR-100A-4 / P680A-HPG4 / ASI-100 / TCC-100 / UVD 340U to run tests on organic honeys for a little french NGO, never mind in fact if it's demo or full licence while I can run jobs with that equipment.

Thanks for your so interesting jobs everywhere around here, and for any information that could help me on my way

Best regards
Hi
IMHO Chromeleon ver. 6.60 installed on Win XP will be O.K.
thanks for your answer
I'll try to find a CM 6.6 CD from second-hand market to install and try to activate with my dongles. Is there another way to obtain an ISO copy of this CM 6.6 perhaps?

thanks, and best regards

It's not a problem to make an ISO image of original CD, but it may be illegal to share it with others.

BTW - I wouldn't install higher versions of Chromeleon (eg. 7) because it would presumably be necessary to upgrade firmware of the modules.

take care

Even if I'm correctly licenced with dongles?
ok, I'll insist on second-hand markets to find CD CM 6.6.

thanks for the answer, and best regards
