We seem to have a recurrent problem with both 7890 communication with Empower 3.
For example, one analyst told us he wasn't able to get peaks during his run and aborted it. Following this aborted run, the message center was being spam one "Unable to connect to the remote server" every 5 seconds. We had about 250,000 of these alerts after two weeks (yes, it took 2 weeks to realize it, the system was becoming slower than usual).
Anyone ever got a problem like this?
