uncoated fused silica

For seperation of nucleosides with SDS micelles, I need an uncoated fused silica capillary. I am in Ecuador for my internship and here they don't have that. Is it possible to uncoat a coated silica capillary? The coat is a fluorocarbon (FC) polymer.

Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forum.

For electrophoresis the inside of the silica capillary must be uncoated.

Is the fluorocarbon on the outside or the inside of the capillary that you have ?
